Return and Refund Policy
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons.

Return costs
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Non-refundable products
